Job Description:

Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure that they provide
high-quality care aligned with our organization’s goals and
commitments. This role demands a dynamic leader who can effectively
manage multiple tasks, promote a culture of excellence and empathy,
and utilize evidence-based practices to achieve better health
outcomes. The Nurse Manager will work closely with senior
management to implement healthcare strategies, optimize operational
efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction within our
Colorado-based facilities. Coordinate daily operations in the
nursing unit to ensure compliance with state, federal, and
organizational guidelines. Supervise, recruit, and train nursing
staff. Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide regular
feedback. Develop and implement policies for improving the quality
and efficiency of patient services. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate the delivery of
high-quality patient care. Manage budgeting and resource allocation
for the nursing department. Promote professional development
opportunities for staff. Ensure patient satisfaction and address
any patient care issues promptly. Leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven
ability to handle multiple priorities Strong decision-making and
problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
performance standards Ability to mentor and motivate teams Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid RN license BLS/CPR Certification Certification in Nursing
Administration is preferred
