Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a leading name in comprehensive
healthcare, is seeking a dedicated RN for its Acute Rehabilitation
Unit. This role is integral in providing top-tier rehabilitative
care to patients recovering from serious injuries, surgeries, or
chronic conditions. As an RN in Acute Rehab, you will collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement care plans
that promote patient recovery, resilience, and independence. Our

patient condition and implement care plans in a rehabilitative
setting. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
accordingly. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and
rehabilitation process. Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team including therapists and physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. Administer medications as prescribed and
monitor for side-effects. Facilitate a supportive and therapeutic
environment for patient recovery. Strong clinical skills in a
rehabilitative or acute care setting. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in using medical software and
patient management systems. Ability to work effectively within an
interdisciplinary team. Strong empathy and patience to aid in
patient recovery. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current RN license
valid in the state of employment. CPR and BLS certifications
required. Certification in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) preferred
but not mandatory.
