Swedish Medical Center, an integral part of HealthONE, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic radiology department. This role involves using imaging technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Working at our state-of-the-art facilities, you will be part of a team renowned for its exceptional patient-centered care. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services, contributing to our commitment to excellence in healthcare. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other radiographic equipment. Ensure patient safety and comfort during radiographic procedures. Collaborate with radiologists to determine proper examination and diagnostic techniques. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Regularly inspect and perform routine maintenance of radiographic equipment. Educate and prepare patients for procedures, providing clear instructions and answering questions. Proficiency in operating complex radiology equipment. Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and procedures. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and patient interaction. Detailed knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in radiography.
