Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with registered nurses to clarify care plans and patient needs Maintain accurate patient records and data Ensure compliance with standards and regulations of nursing care Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, collaborating with healthcare team members to plan and implement care accordingly Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in medical software and record-keeping Solid understanding of health and safety protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
