UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies - Loveland, CO Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days and Nights shifts available This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option The Respiratory Therapy Department at Medical Center of the Rockies is thrilled to be part of the exciting expansion of our facility. UCHealth offers a structured way for you to grow your skills, responsibilities, and pay in this position. Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). PALS & ACLS within 1 year of hire NRP within 6 mos of hire BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care Respiratory Therapist: Clinical ladders encourage internal growth and promotional opportunity through implantation of various clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional or system level.
