UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN Orthopedics to join our nonprofit health care system in Colorado. This vital role involves providing specialized nursing care in the field of orthopedics across multiple hospitals and outpatient facilities. The chosen candidate will play a key role in managing patient care in orthopedic units, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for orthopedic patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate treatment plans. Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding orthopedic conditions and post-operative care. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong orthopedic nursing skills Ability to operate medical equipment related to orthopedic care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Capability to handle emotional and physical stress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado CPR certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
