Supervise the daily operations of radiologic services. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Mentor and train radiologic staff to enhance their professional development. Perform routine and complex radiologic procedures as required. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Manage radiologic equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Proficiency in various radiologic modalities and equipment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety requirements.
