Job Description:

mental health care to adolescents in need. As an Adolescent Mental
Health CNC (Clinical Nurse Consultant), you will play a critical
role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position
involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care
plans tailored to the mental health needs of adolescents. You will
be working in a dynamic environment at one of our advanced care
facilities, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic
practices and nursing interventions. Assess, plan, and provide
patient-centered mental health care for adolescents Consult and
collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize care plans
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and
care delivery Lead initiatives for improving mental health services
and outcomes Monitor patient progress and modify care plans based
on clinical needs Strong clinical skills in adolescent mental
health Ability to develop and lead therapeutic interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of
latest mental health practices and regulatory standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Psychiatric-Mental
Health Nursing (PMH-BC) preferred
