Swedish Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Inpatient Rehab to join our Rehabilitative Services team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional patient care within our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring recovery and supporting the rehabilitation of our patients after acute illness or injury. This position offers interaction with patients in a highly supportive and advanced medical environment, making it ideal for motivated individuals passionate about patient care. Assess patient condition, administer medications, and monitor recovery. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient rehabilitation. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventative care. Manage documentation of patient care and participate in improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
