Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Castle Rock, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups experience preferred. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in an electronic medical record system. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and modify plans based on clinical progression. Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures. Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities. Adherence to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and completion of state-mandated continuing education. Preferred: Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and familiarity with productivity and performance improvement initiatives. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment duration: 13 week assignment with client preference for longer-term engagement (6 month desired). Patient care model: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits. Expectations: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
