CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR Full-time$17-$18 per hourNow Hiring at 2700 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302 We're looking for the ultimate, customer-service oriented coordinator and shift manager for our in-house Post Office. Days will be spent inside Pharmaca's North Broadway location surrounded by all natural and organic wellness products. Those with outstanding customer service skills, are patient and can stay calm under pressure will excel in this position.Our ideal candidate will: -Possess managerial and leadership skills -Has outstanding customer service experience -Knows their way with numbers & basic math skills; a clerical background is preferred -Has some experience with managing inventory -Is well versed in Excel - this is a "must have" for us -Can work Saturdays - another requirement for the position -Has a High School Diploma or GED and the drive to keep learningJob duties will include: -Creating all schedules for PO team -Communicating directly with our Home Office accounting team -Managing all Post Office supplies and inventory, execute stamp purchases -Assisting customers in mailing their packages and letters -Processing mail and preparing for pick up daily -Completing entries into established spreadsheets and forms as required -Performing related work as apparent or assignedWe offer our team members:-Health benefits (for those working 30 hours/week)-Bonus Plan-Educational reimbursement-Transportation assistance-401(k)-TM discounts-Bragging rights for working at the most forward thinking retail space/pharmacy in the country
