Stella's Cucina is opening in June of 2022! Currently seeking an innovative and driven Executive Chef to build the team and the menu to bring inspired and authentic Italian cuisine to Boulder, Colorado. The space, designed by renowned architect Miguel Quismondo, is a feast for the eyes. The world class DJ's, state of the art video wall & sound system - a feast for the senses. The cuisine - a feast for the soul. This newly built venue complete with chef designed kitchen is pristine and the perfect setting to create something truly exceptional.Our ideal candidate will have:-Exceptional culinary talent-3-5 years of executive management experience - Sous chef or higher-The ability to work constructively and collaboratively with ownership and fellow managers-Extensive experience with menu costing and design, people management, and formal culinary training-Long term vision and a strong work ethic-A passion for and expertise in Italian food and wine-Financial understanding and acumen a plusPlease respond with a resume and some available interview times.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
