Apply Today! Title of Position: Restaurant Manager Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will work side by side with the Proprietor
in managing the three management responsibilities: People, Sales,
and Profits. The Restaurant Manager main focus will be developing
our front-of-house staff, but will still assist the Proprietor in
recruiting, training and developing all Team Members and will
ensure they are treated with respect and will contribute to the
decisions of hiring and terminating employees. The Restaurant
Manager will help build sales through service, and will follow
through with sales growth plans both inside and outside the

Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a
Restaurant Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales)
Full Service concept A stable work history; no more than two jobs
in the previous five years Ability to increase sales and build
rapport in the community Strong leadership, communication, and
organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and
developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to
