BHI (Boulder Heavy Industries) is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist) responsible for providing the highest level of internal Talent Acquisition consulting services to all our business units. This position will deliver high quality professional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. You will perform full lifecycle recruiting, develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A high degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

A Day in the life

Offer exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting
Confer with the Sr. Director of Talent to identify staffing needs and search assignments
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, business strategy, department background, position, and expectations
Prescreen candidates.
Manage all communication with candidates
Interview all candidates using behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
Organize and lead hiring kick offs, interview pre-briefs and post-interview debriefs with interview teams
Manage our contractors through our new platform and develop a network in conjunction with our project managers
Responsible for new information and recommendations on recruiting strategy and compensation
Improve processes
Mentor and coach other members of the HR team including, an HR Coordinator who will assist you with the scheduling and logistics of all interviews

Here's what you need to get our attention:

Bachelor's Degree or professional experience equivalent required
8-10 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with diverse experience from software engineering to accounting, digital marketing, sales and creative
2+ years of experience recruiting on the client side
An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
If you do NOT live-in beautiful Colorado, we can hire from most states.

Manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems - preferably Paylocity
Internet savvy and experienced in sourcing candidates via multiple channels, including LinkedIn
Excellent project management and communication skills
Drive change and effectively present new recruiting concepts and process while creating enthusiasm
Project diplomacy, fortitude, and a strong voice within the organization
Recruit for a broad range of positions
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong initiative and solid judgment
Quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
Passion for building on the company culture

Base Compensation: 85-105k DOE
