Hr Coordinator Contractor requires:
Familiar with and comfort using web based interfaces
Attention to detail is a must.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with Excel, Outlook Email, Word and PowerPoint - Microsoft Office

HR coordinating
Administrative support

Hr Coordinator Contractor duties:
Conduct outbound calls for COVID-19 related employee situations
Gather and compile large amounts of information/data
Perform tasks utilizing published detailed instructions
Enter and publish data into various tracker
Maintain effective internal communications with key stakeholders via email and phone
Create documentation on processes and procedures
Manage a number of differing and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.
Responsible for performing diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions to include:
