Location: Boulder, CO
Basic PurposePlay an integral role in supporting and driving both HR and EHS activities, projects, and tasks daily. Emphasis is to drive a collaborative, professional and safe working environment.Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high speed manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting tasks for hourly plant roles; including posting positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, updating ATS and orientation
  • Maintain employee personnel, payroll, benefits and I-9 files
  • Maintain accuracy of hourly timecards along with tracking attendance policy related matters
  • Assist with HR, payroll, benefit and safety projects, reports
  • Champion the Safety committee monthly, communicate and ensure of follow up items identified
  • Promote plant safety by providing recommendations, correcting incidents, encouraging safe acts, and reviewing accident investigations
  • Facilitate monthly safety training and host sessions for each shift, track attendance
  • Schedule annual compliance tasks related to hearing tests, fit tests, air and noise monitoring
  • Additional duties as needed
  • Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
  • Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to: GMP's, Allergen Program, Quality, Sanitation, Safety
  • Assist with backfilling the inventory adjustments needing to be made in our database
  • Assist with reconciling BOM after production has run
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Prepare and file all safety related documents both digital/hard files
    Supervisory ResponsibilitiesProviding guidance to employees and leadership, ability to have difficult conversations with employees
    • Two years of college or business school education or equivalent experience combined
    • Proven ability to be seen as an extension of the leadership team, maintain discretion and confidentiality
    • Commitment to customer service excellence with both internal and external customers
    • Excellent grammatical and communications skills
    • Dependable, diplomatic, emotional intelligence, able to problem-solve
    • Adaptability and excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to function as a team member and maintain effective working relationships
    • Computer/Systems: MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking System, and Timecard/Payroll System
