Who You Are:
We are looking for a Lead Corporate Recruiter to help expand our current recruiting staff. The Lead Corporate Recruiter must carry poise and patience, coupled with the ability and professionalism to work directly with the executives of the company.

Responsibilities:
As part of our recruiting team, you will be supporting the recruiting and hiring of full-time employees, contractors, and interns. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Meet regularly with current recruiting staff to review existing positions, collaborate on recruiting ideas, prioritize positions, and work together to figure out the optimal ways to work together.


    • Meet regularly with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs and applicants.
    • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions.
    • Post open job positions on company website and third-party websites; maintain matrix of open positions.
    • Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, including active recruiting on LinkedIn.
    • Develop and execute sourcing and recruit advertising strategies to deliver diverse qualified candidates.


      • Schedule and conduct pre-screen calls and provide assessment/feedback to hiring managers.
      • Schedule candidate interviews and technical presentations; follow up afterward with interviewers to discuss next steps.
      • Inform candidates of decisions to proceed (or not) with their application.
      • Prepare and deliver offer letters, securing top talent.
      • Promote company culture and an incredible candidate experience.


        • Other responsibilities and support activities as assigned.

          Requirements:

          • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
          • Experience in recruiting for software development companies and/or renewable energy companies.
          • Bachelor's Degree.


            • Lead recruiting experience strongly desired.
            • Demonstrated performance in sourcing and recruiting.
            • Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse.io) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
            • Proven experience working closely with department heads on corporate hires.
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet skills is required.


              • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
              • Self-motivated individual who is driven to support team success.
              • Ability to quickly pivot in an agile work environment.

                Compensation:$100K - $150K
