Ice Cream Makers: $21.50 per hour ($14.65 per hour + $6.50/hr average in tips)Shift Leads: $23.00 per hour ($15.00 per hour + $8.00/hr average in tips)Benefits: 50% employer-paid health benefits and 401K with 4% employer match for hourly employees who average over 32 hours per week. We provide paid sick leave as required by the HFWA.Required
