Critical Illness and Accident plans Job Summary: The Housing
Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Breckenridge
and Crested Butte housing portfolio. This individual will work with
the Summit County Housing Manager to help execute the Employee
Housing strategy to ensure support of our current and future
business needs. They will help guide Employee Housing ensuring
alignment to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes
creating a safe, inclusive, vibrant and affordable housing
environment that is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
This individual will help partner with multiple internal and
external stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders,
employees, vendors, and community resources. Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $58,461.98 Employment Type: Year Round Shift Type:

Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Execute Housing
Strategy – Support and implement the company’s short- and long-term
employee housing goals. Lead & Develop Team – Hire, train,
motivate, and supervise the Breckenridge and Crested Butte housing
team to achieve operational objectives. Ensure Operational
Excellence – Oversee all day-to-day housing operations, including
bed allocations, placements, and office functionality. Financial
Oversight – Assist with budgeting, monitor variances, approve
invoices, and ensure timely fee collection and refunds. Resident
Experience – Elevate employee housing experience through proactive
communication, customer service, and community engagement.
Compliance & Safety – Maintain adherence to company policies, legal
requirements, and complete regular safety inspections. Technology &
Systems – Manage housing software usage, troubleshoot issues, and
ensure accurate data and reporting. Internal & External
Partnerships – Build strong relationships with resort teams, HR,
leadership, and external partners (leases, community resources).
Facilities Coordination – Liaise with Facilities and Housekeeping
to ensure timely work order completion and accurate billing.
Support Wellness & Employee Value Proposition – Drive initiatives
that align with company values, employee wellness strategies, and
seasonal Employee Value Proposition. Job Requirements:
University/College Degree Preferred 2 years’ experience in property
management or related fields Development and implementation of
company-wide programs Software system maintenance and training Data
management Experience supervising teams Experience working with
remote teams Proficient computer skills, especially Excel, Teams
and PowerPoint. StarRez or other room management software programs
experience preferred. English strong written and verbal mandatory
Spanish preferable Travel to different resort locations as
necessary Ability to align key stakeholders around a vision and to
make timely recommendations based on insight, data, and influence.
The expected pay range is $58,461.98. This is the pay range we
reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation
