Job Description Job Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to recruitment operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving efficient hiring processes, maintaining accurate data, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, managing assessments, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. • Create and maintain accurate job postings across internal and external platforms to attract top talent and align with hiring strategies. • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and stage conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve processes. • Support employer branding efforts by aiding in career site updates, social media initiatives, and recruitment events. • Prepare and distribute weekly internal vacancy updates to keep teams informed of open positions. • Facilitate global hiring processes by coordinating across time zones, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and supporting international workflows. • Assist in optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing regulatory compliance, and improving the experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors, and familiarity with tools like Power BI preferred. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and team members. • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments thoroughly. • Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database management. • Capacity to operate office equipment and handle administrative tasks efficiently. • Customer service experience and a collaborative mindset to support hiring goals.
