accelerate growth within the Community channel, we need a dedicated
leader to develop and execute the strategy for employee wealth and
referral programs. This role will oversee marketing, education, and
cross-functional collaboration to meet aggressive targets. The
Director will bring alignment, strategic vision, and execution
excellence to drive measurable results. Essential Job Functions for
this role include: Strategy Development & Execution Design and
implement a comprehensive strategy for employee wealth programs and
referral initiatives to drive growth in the Community channel.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure
success. Marketing Leadership Lead marketing efforts for employee
wealth programs, including campaign development, messaging, and
branding. Partner with internal marketing teams to create
compelling content and promotional materials that engage employees
and encourage referrals. Oversee digital and offline marketing
channels to maximize program visibility and participation.
Education & Engagement Develop educational resources and training
programs to ensure employees understand wealth offerings and
referral processes. Host webinars, workshops, and internal events
to promote program awareness and adoption. Cross-Functional
Collaboration Work closely with Compliance, HR, Operations, and
Sales to ensure program alignment with company policies and
objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for leadership on program
performance and strategic adjustments. Program Optimization
Continuously analyze program performance and employee engagement
data to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best
practices and innovative approaches to enhance participation and
outcomes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 8 years of
experience in marketing, program management, or employee engagement
initiatives. Proven track record of developing and executing
marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. Strong
leadership and project management skills with the ability to
influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and
presentation skills. Familiarity with financial services or wealth
management industry is a plus. Core Competencies o Strategic

professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00
AM – 5:00 PM. Working Conditions: Professional office environment,
daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be
assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 20 lbs. Actual
base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors,
including but not limited to the applicant's geographic location,
relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation
through one of Mercer Advisors' incentive compensation programs.
Base Pay Range $212,500—$250,000 USD Benefits: Mercer Advisors
