Customer Account Representative located in Boulder, Colorado.
Position is open to remote work once initial training is complete.

Summary:The Technical Customer Service Analyst will serve in a dual
capacity in the area of product support & digital services. This
position will monitor data in the SOOFIE database system to analyze
and troubleshoot issues. This position will also provide support
via phone, email and text to customers and their
technicians.Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Continuously responsible for monitoring multiple customers'
data in SOOFIE database
- Provide remote customer support for troubleshooting issues and
installations
- Provides technical assistance for product and process
improvement, failure analysis, and testing; works with Research and
Development to resolve mechanical or design problems that arise
during and after installation
- Applies knowledge of methane emission quantification to educate
customers the SOOFIE system
- Works well with other technical team members and operators
- Sets up SOOFIE dashboard for new customers (polygons, alerts,
log-ins)
- Maintains the confidentiality of all matters / data /
customers
- Track issues via issue tracking software and keep other team
members up to date on various issues
- Communicate with account rep to inform customer for larger
issues
- Other duties as required.EXECUTION:

Code of ConductQUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certifications & Experience:
- Science Related Bachelors or Associates Degree
- Experience analyzing scientific and technical data
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Desire to drive change and support end users
- Team collaborator with strong work ethic
- Knowledge of methane emission quantification helpful but not
necessary
- Some coding experience
- Technical electrical and mechanical knowledgeCompetencies,
