    SWDC ESL/BOA Re-architecture effort is looking for a Scrum Master. You will be based out of Boulder, CO. T here is a possibility to do some work from home. Secret Clearance Required

    You will support r e-architecture engineers that will be working a re-architecture of the current system to support handling larger amounts of data to support our Missile Defense customer.

    What You'll get to Do:

    Provides oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. Provides guidance and helps educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), ensuring that the Agile process is being followed. Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This job code is intended for use for those performing Agile duties full time.

    Level 3: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.

    Level 4: 9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.

    What the team does:
    • Tool and software development using C/C++ in a spiral development framework
    • Experience with configuration management software, including ClearCase/ClearQuest
    • Generation of applicable documentation
    • Providing problem resolution and improvement recommendations with strong time management skills
    • Travel to NG and Government locations within U.S.
    • Additional responsibilities which may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,400 USD
      Salary Range 2: $125,800 USD - $188,600 USD

      Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
