Job Description:

Nigh Technologies, Inc is building next generation technology to transform local commerce to help local businesses. We are getting ready to launch a pilot of our NearNow app that will change how local businesses connect with nearby customers.
We are looking for a software engineer with iOS and Android experience to help take our mobile apps to the next level. As part of a small, disruptive team, you will play a critical role in the development of our mobile products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• 
  
• Design and develop new features and improve existing features in our Android and iOS apps
  
• Iterate quickly to incorporate new designs and learnings from the pilot
  
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers
  
• Develop engineering standards and practices as we build out our stack
  
• Provide feedback to other engineers, product managers, and designers
  
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, and/or extensive software development experience
    
  • At least 2 years of mobile app development experience
    
  • Proficiency with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and/or Dart
    
  • Experience with mobile app distribution through apps stores
    
  • Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
    
  • Willingness to put in extra effort as we build traction with our pilot
    
    NICE TO HAVE:
    
    • 
      
    • Experience building mobile applications with Flutter or similar SDKs
      
    • Experience working with mobile payments, marketplaces, social, local apps
      
    • Experience with UI/UX design, API design, wireframes, and prototyping
      
    • Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable distributed systems
      
    • Experience with complex algorithms, advanced analytics, and A/B testing
      
    • Experience with Unix/Linux, cloud services, and scalable APIs (REST, RPC)
      
    • Experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
      
      This role is in Boulder Colorado (no remote). Salary range: $50,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus significant equity upside as an early team member.
