way the world communicates.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis
Technical Project Manager Manager will be working within the Retail
Wireless Platform and Project Management Team under the Retail
Wireless Operations team. They will be working in a collaborative,
fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment spanning the Boost Mobile
pre- and post-paid brands and broader DISH organizations. -
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including
timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams,
fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, curiosity, and
accountability. This includes creating, gathering, and refining
cross-functional business requirements, use cases, and test
cases.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional team to write Features
that accurately represent business requirements and clearly defines
the desired product/project solution
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to
ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives. This includes
ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the
business' goals.
- Effectively and consistently communicate project updates to
stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and
concise manner.
- Effectively identify, manage, and mitigate business risks, and
resolve incidents in a timely manner, including root cause
analysis.
- Collaborate with product and IT teams to develop and implement
solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business
performance, including technically detailed feature documents. You
will be the liaison between IT and the business, acting as the
business SME for IT, and the IT SME for the business.
- Work with the Business to establish metrics and KPIs to measure
the success of initiatives, and ensure continuous monitoring and
refinement. -
- Manage sensitive projects with the utmost discretion and
confidentiality for internal clients.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and
optimization across the organization.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members and
stakeholders as needed to ensure successful adoption of new
processes and practices. Skills, Experience and Requirements
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline; Masters degree and
relevant certifications desired.
- 8+ years of Project Management, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders,
and manage conflict. -
- Strong experience in collaborating across the Enterprise and
managing cross-functional team members.
- Experienced in capturing, documenting, and managing
cross-functional team tasks to completion.
- Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving
skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred.
- Experienced working in fast-paced environments with an inherent
ability to adapt to changing environments and processes.
- Experience in process improvement and change management
practices with a demonstrated ability to drive meaningful change
within an organization.
- Experience creating technical business requirements for large
impact company initiatives
- Experienced in technical feature writing
- Proficiency using Google Suite, Rally, Atlassian, and other PM
tools.
Salary Range
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
