Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Delivery and
Support to manage software delivery and establish a responsive
support structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software delivery projects, ensuring alignment
with business goals
Implement a responsive support structure with defined SLAs and
escalation paths
Foster cross-team collaboration and communicate effectively with
business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+
years of management experience
Proven experience in setting up release management cadences and
scalable support structures
Skilled in building documentation and cross-training teams
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices is a plus
