COEs ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout Loft mission deployments, leveraging deep technical knowledge to address customer objectives and serve as the primary contact for on-orbit mission execution, facilitating issue resolution and collaboration with Product teams. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll develop and deploy missions within the Loft framework, refining Cockpit's functionality through automation and feedback interpretation to align with evolving user needs. COEs excel in software development, testing, space operations, and solutions engineering, driven by a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. This is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
