prosecution specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our
innovative clients and attorney team throughout the patent

environment Job Details Responsibilities Prepare and file domestic
and international patent applications Conduct preliminary patent
searches and assist with prior art analysis Draft and proofread
patent-related documents, including Information Disclosure
Statements (IDS) Manage and update patent dockets, ensuring
adherence to critical deadlines Coordinate with foreign associates
for international patent filings Assist in preparing USPTO office
action responses Generate client reports and maintain accurate
billing records Ideal Candidate Qualities: Meticulous attention to
detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and
prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and
problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal
communication skills Proactive approach to learning new
technologies and legal procedures Technical Requirements:
Familiarity with patent prosecution software (e.g., Foundation IP,
PatentCenter) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly
Word and Excel Experience with patent drawings and formatting
specifications Knowledge of USPTO and PCT filing procedures
Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of
hands-on patent prosecution experience Paralegal certification is a
