Description: Closing Leads ensure that manufacturing processes run
reliably and efficiently at Quick-Box, with a concentration on
closing of the facility. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Planning
and organizing production schedules Assessing project and resource
requirements Estimating, negotiating, and providing input on
budgets and timescales with clients and other Quick-Box managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met for the
production area. Determining and regulating quality control
standards Overseeing production processes Re-negotiating timescales
or schedules as necessary Selecting, ordering, and purchasing
materials as needed Organizing the repair and routine maintenance
of production equipment Collaborating with client services to meet
the needs of the clients. Supervising the work of production leads,
production warehouse associates, QC Coordinator, QC Leads and QC
technicians. Organizing relevant training sessions for all staff
based on areas of improvement. Requirements: Job Qualifications
Mandatory: Must have previous experience of high volume
Administrative/ Management in a production environment. Must be
able to manage 30 or more people in multiple areas and levels of
functions. To complete all necessary communications with other
business units. To be able to clearly communicate and articulate
with all business units in a professional manner Perform essential
daily administrative tasks. Leadership Skills: Senior Closing Lead
will need to Lead by example. They will also need to direct staff
when it is time to go home or stay late as needed.
Critical-Thinking Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to create
plans of action and access those plans regularly. Organizational
Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to be able to Multitask, keep
people and many moving pieces organized and working productively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to be ready
when problems arise or be ready to anticipate problems before they
happen. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Management or
training in team leading is a plus. Work Environment: This is a
Denver based position operating out of a Warehouse environment
Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows. Moderate noise
level in the work environment. The work environment is indoors.
Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
Physical Demands: Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read
product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a
computer. Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate
in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of
forklifts and warehouse equipment. Standing: Must be able to stand
for shift duration. Walking: Must be able to walk without
assistance to perform job duties. Mobility: Must be able to be
mobile to operate warehouse machinery. Sitting: Must be able to sit
for shift duration. Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or
kneel for short periods of time. Lifting: Must be able to lift 30
lbs. – 50 lbs. Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in
hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and
utilize phone systems.
