The Associate Financial Services Professional role will launch your professional path in the financial services industry.You will be an ambassador of Schwab by helping to educate and tackle problems for thousands of clients. This role takes place in a service center while you take inbound calls from our clients (individual investors) on a variety of topics.Professionals that embrace their career development and demonstrate success in serving our clients will have opportunities for promotion and increased compensation.What You Have:

  • There is a condition of employment that you will obtain the FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
  • You will be paid to participate in Schwab training classes and study groups to support your pursuit of these licenses
