Do you like to lead the development and implementation of digital marketing plans across various digital consumer touchpoints, including paid social media, influencers/paid media partners, paid search and other shopper digital platforms. Then analyze the findings, communicate all your campaign data and learnings into a succinct and informative deck and make recommendations on how to continuously improve?

  • Collaborates closely with the marketing consumer team and brands to develop and create digital marketing and advertising plans across multiple platforms, identifying and establishing objectives and strategies for each.
  • Develops and manages agencies, including negotiating contracts, managing activations, content production and metrics reporting.
  • Plans, tracks, buys and optimizes all paid digital marketing and advertising activities with an omni-channel approach including all paid social platforms, search engines, influencer/media partners and shopper marketing partners.
  • Spearheads production of digital asset development across content, creative and third-party resources (agency, influencers, freelancers, etc.).
  • Reports on and analyzes paid media performance, using data insights to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Additional roles as required, to be determined by the Director of Consumer Marketing
  • Consistently initiate new marketing ideas, projects, process improvements, and test and learn strategies.
  • Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible and re-use resources when practical.
  • Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.
  • Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpretitems such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or simple governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions where a certain degree of tact and discretion is needed.


  • Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in business or marketing analytics
  • 2-4 years experience working on digital campaigns with consumer brands preferably CPG brands
  • Paid media partnership strategyand execution experience
  • Proven ability to successfully run, optimize, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns that includes social media, email, mobile experiences, Google and influencers
  • 2-4 years experience in paid digital media planning, buying and optimizing
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Experience with social media management software, email automation software and content management systems
  • Excellent command of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with insight on best practices within these platforms for to drive branding, lead generation and retargeting initiatives.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Blueprint certification
  • Google Adwords certification
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
