Company: Accounting Services, Boulder ,CO Remarks: The Head of People & Culture (HPC) defines and drives the people strategy across COMPANY including talent acquisition, engagement and inclusion, management and professional development, organizational design, and team performance and growth. This critical position will provide functional expertise, partnership, and coaching to our leaders and teams, and help us be at the forefront with "future of work" and well-being practices. Key Responsibilities Include: Build a data-driven, clear strategy and roadmap of priorities that align with our current stage, trajectory, objectives, and business strategy Partner with our senior recruiter to asses, build, refine, and/or reinvent the candidate experience and our ability to plan, pipeline, attract and hire diverse talent in a competitive marketplace Design and implement an engaging and robust new hire onboarding experience that reduces ramp-up time and connects people quickly to the business, their manager, their colleagues, and expectations for their role Build and implement talent strategies and processes that align with the business (performance management, promotion planning, career development, compensation, and benefits) Build team management and leadership capabilities that foster psychological safety, transparency, inclusion, feedback, coaching, and recognition Be the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring that employees and leaders have a supportive partner and coach Lead diversity, inclusion, and belonging in pay, hiring, all people processes, policies, and accessibility to promotion opportunities Continuously identifying and implementing new processes, technologies, and workflows that make sense for the business Re-design and direct the administration of our total rewards and benefits programs to ensure we are equitable and competitive in the market Supercharge our employer brand and our ability to pipeline, attract, and hire diverse candidates across a broad range of disciplines Lead our multi-state people operations to ensure we are proactively in compliance with laws and regulations Research and network on the future of work and bring recommendations for how we need to continue to evolve our talent strategies Design and implement a forward-thinking review process that helps employees clarify what success looks like and their progress toward their targets Ensure all procedures are compliant, fair, and equitable Coach and mentor leaders at all levels to help them effectively coach performance The ideal candidate for this role is: 6-9 years of people experience with a high growing company A reputation for unquestionable integrity Ability to see beyond classic HR approached when facing new challenges Solid understanding of high growth company dynamics and what it takes to thrive in an environment of ambiguity Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen Attention to detail, with quick yet thoughtful execution Analytical mindset with proven experience using fate and data-driven insights to support decisions Subject matter experience in people, performance, development, and change management Outstanding program and project leadership and delivery experience; overseeing high impact people programs across the business Excellent understanding of employment law and best practices in multiple states Exceptional communication, influence, relationship skills, and high EQ Experience building an employer brand that serves as a magnet for top talent Possess a self-starter mentality with roll up your sleeves and get things done mindset and a drive to make a direct, tangible impact on a fast-growing company Expert knowledge of software across HR functions (HRIS to Recruiting to L&D) More Jobs Like This Job No. 650899Head of People RemoteJob No. 650892Head of People RemoteJob No. 650706VP Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Remote, CA Remote, GAJob Tools:Apply to This Job Print this job Share thisEmail this job to meSend this job to a colleagueYour Colleague's Information * Email: * First Name: * Last Name:Your information * Email: * First Name: * Last Name:Comments you would like to include (optional): * Required fields Need Help?
