The Agriculture Resource Field Team Lead is a journey level classification. They are responsible for planning and administering resource management programs and regions, and functions as a specialist in natural science, history or environmental education field. this position will require the ability to organize projects and materials needed, keep projects on track and work in the field directly with the rest of the staff. They will be the sole person responsible for the projects Quality Control in the field. They will be supervising the day to day operations as well as approving time off of the rest of the staff and approving time cards since they will be working with all of them directly daily.Work hours are on an alternating weeks with every other Friday off. Week 1: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm (9 hour days) Week 2: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (8 hour days). This position is located at Boulder County Parks and Open Space in Longmont, CO. Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work. Under FLSA guidelines this position is exempt. Hiring Salary Range: $54,888.00 - $67,000 AnnuallyClassification Salary Range: $54,888.00 - $79,044.00 AnnuallyExamples of Duties1. Running Heavy Equipment in a safe and proficient manor to complete any project given.2. Organizing and Planning projects that they are given3. Using AutoCAD in the design faze of the projects4. Using survey equipment to insure the proper grade is achieved according to the project design.5. Working directly with contractors when a contract is needed to complete a project.6. Working with current AG Tenants7.
