Our brands (Red Kap, Horace Small, Bulwark, VF Solutions, Walls, Liberty, Terra, Kodiak) consists of apparel that is primarily work shirts, workpants, coveralls and footwear and are worn by millions of workers across a wide range of industrial, service and government organizations around the world.What You Will Do as the Territory Sales ManagerThis position is responsible for developing and executing territory business plans, managing large multi-level, multi-location accounts, and attaining assigned sales targets. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure expectations are met. Establish control-related standards and procedures.How You Will Make a Difference:* Develop and manage large ($1m+) multi-level, multi-location accounts.* Develop and execute territory business plan focusing on both annual goals and long-term growth. This includes identification of new customers and end-user targets, conducting needs analysis, development of appropriate value proposition and effective qualification and communication of the customer potential. Responsible for knowing what competitors are doing within each key account and reporting on competitive landscape by regional territory.* Attain 100% of assigned territory sales targets.* Conduct required number of sales calls for both existing customers and potential customers.* Collaborate with internal departments to determine sales forecast, product requirements, and customer problem resolution.* Communicate activities, opportunities, and competitive information through CRM system using daily/weekly status reports in a timely manner.* Effectively communicate and train customers on company products and services and how they relate to specific industry targets.* Train and coach new territory sales managers.Skills for Success* Years of Related Professional Experience : 5+* BS/BA degree* Apparel sales experience in a B to B model* Sales experience handling large regional or national accounts* Excellent professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation)* Strong sales prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills* Proven executive level interpersonal skills* Proven contract negotiation skills* Excellent organizational and process management skills* Knowledgeable in fabric, garment construction, and garment functionality* Knowledgeable in inventory management, distribution, IS, C/S, and Ecommerce* 55% Travel* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsPosition will be remote for the Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico territories.
