Sr. Global Market Development Manager, CRC Screening -- Gastrointestinal Our Medical Surgical Portfolio enables earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complication-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less-invasive solutions. The Patient Monitoring business includes technologies that provide insights and intelligence to help clinicians reduce dangerous and costly patient complications in acute care. The Gastrointestinal Operating Unit has created a business out of disrupting the status quo in the detection, prevention, and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and chronic diseases. We've done this by commercializing transformational technologies that improve patient management and standards of care, while increasing access to our innovations across the globe. The Global Market Development Manager is responsible for developing and leading the market development strategy for CRC screening across the GI portfolio. This role will work closely with the regional marketing and cross functional teams to ensure execution of the global plan with a focus on addressing market access barriers for each region. The position will be located in Sunnyvale, CA or Boulder, CO. A Day in the Life Work with cross functional teams to address market barriers for PillCam Genius Colon including clinical study design, reimbursement strategy and regulatory strategy Work with regional leaders to prioritize OUS markets for PillCam Genius Colon Lead market model development and updates and revenue projections Ownership of CRC screening competitive market intelligence; provide recommended actions as needed and develop competitive messaging Understand competitive offerings (direct and indirect), IP position and filings, and commercialization tactics globally to predict future innovations and trends. Lead development of product positioning and value proposition for PillCam Genius Colon Work with cross-functional partners to develop an advocacy strategy for CRC Screening across the GI portfolio Continually evaluate and recommend timely adjustments of disease state strategy and execution tactics to meet changing market and competitive conditions, including revision of associated market models Identify key global market opportunities for share gain and category growth, leveraging market research and VOC to assess market opportunities and trends Represent the global business and be the subject matter expert during the Patient Access Accelerator (PAA) process, with the goal of developing strategies and measurable action plans to overcome regional barriers to adoption and improve patient access to our technologies Maintain a regular communication pathway with all regional marketing partners to share best practices, ensure alignment and measure progress Establish strong relationships with influential healthcare professionals including those in clinical and health economics Lead key opinion leader (KOL) and medical society/advocate strategy in CRC screening in conjunction with the Medical Affairs team to establish care guidelines, guide clinical evidence & value based care initiatives to establish programs that drive acceptance of key procedures Participate in the development of key marketing collateral and necessary branding materials required to grow the assigned business and ensure safe and effective use of our products globally Cross Functional Collaboration Build influential partnerships across regional marketing, sales, medical affairs, HEPR, regulatory and other groups to ensure the global operating plan is achieved.
