Responsible for targeting areas that warrant independent assessment/evaluation based on risk assessments. Organizes Program Support Team members? duty assignments to assure overall mission accomplishment. Provide technical/programmatic advice and direction to the Supporting Program Integrators (SPIs) at lower tier Contract Management Office (CMO) in all contract administration/program management support matters relating to subcontractor/supplier CMOs. Proactively orchestrates assessments of areas where risks are anticipated or known, to provide unique and independent, actionable findings to the program office and contractor(s). Qualifications To qualify for Program Manager (Integrator), GS-0340-12, your resume and supporting documentation must support:A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:Analyzing and advising on contractor performance and operations.Conducting audits, risk assessments, and/or technical studies.Developing recommendations for corrections and compiling technical contract data.Presenting findings and making recommendations to upper level management.EducationSubstitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.Additional informationThis position does not meet criteria for appointment of Reemployed Annuitants.
