Recurly's high-performing demand generation team is on the hunt for a deep-thinking, execution powerhouse, and an inquisitive mind to own our web and digital projects. We've got big things planned for the future and as the Web Marketing Manager you're a critical part of making it happen. Your ultimate goal: to constantly improve site content, performance & conversion rates. To do so, this role will own the Recurly marketing site and execution of our website strategy. This includes driving top of funnel traffic, analytics, testing, as well as managing related day-to-day operations for a broad range of digital campaigns"i.e. landing pages and asset management. You'll own the process definition and the execution helping us scale faster. Website Responsibilities Manage future phases of website upgrades "from conception to live online delivery Recommend strategies for focused on improving top of funnel traffic, conversion rates, web metric goals, analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance share outs and own their execution Collect cross-functional inputs across the company to inform & prioritize the web development roadmap including new pages, infrastructure & design updates Work with the development team to evaluate web infrastructure such as hosting, video streaming & A/B testing tools to drive efficiencies, quality & performance Build a scalable efficient design, development, QA & deployment web process for all new updates Methodically document and implement website development processes and execute project management process improvements to increase efficiency & quality Troubleshoot and test prototypes, as well as monitor the live deployment Create and manage frameworks for testing optimization projects, including: SEO (metrics such as time on site, website conversions, both overall, segmented by tier, by persona) A/B testing to drive onsite conversions, i.e., landing page testing. Keep track of metrics such as time on page, bounce rates, conversions, etc. Scalable process for tagging and tracking website conversion points Creating and managing website-personalization strategy Digital Responsibilities Accelerate execution of web and other marketing programs Manage day-to-day operations for select digital campaigns, including landing pages, asset management, campaign creation in Marketo and Salesforce Update ongoing web content in the CMS including copy & images Define and implement processes for efficiency and campaign operations Integrate images, embed videos, and add plugins Requirements 4+ years of web marketing experience with a focus on building world class websites Thrive working in a culture of constant learning, testing, improvement & rapid growth Expert at leading team sprint planning to build roadmaps, prioritize projects, assign resources, track progress & resolve bugs Ability to flawlessly project manage large complex projects with many moving elements from ideation to launch and iteration Understands web tech infrastructure including CMS platforms, experience working with a headless CMS is a plus Can build & execute learning plan including running web UI/UX usability research to get ongoing customer insights to inform site improvements Proven success in web performance, SEO, and conversion rate optimization Experience working closely with Marketing, Design, QA & Dev/Engineering teams Commitment to quality, attention to detail, great communication skills and highly self-motivated Payments & Fintech experience is a plus but not required Compensation: Estimated annual salary for this role may range from $103,500 to $114,300 States Recurly can hire from: As a full-time employee, Recurly offers competitive benefits programs, perks and options designed to fit your needs and the needs of your family.
