We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.Job DescriptionAbout the TeamThe Senior Solutions Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to implement positioning and go-to-market strategies to support Workday's Customer Experience organization. This person will work closely with senior services management stakeholders to create compelling messaging and content to support events, customer advocacy, brand, PR/AR, campaigns, competitive intelligence and product marketing activities. In addition, this person will proactively integrate into outcome-driven campaigns and support the field with effective marketing strategies and assets.About the RoleWork with services and enablement stakeholders to create core messaging and positioning around current and upcoming services Create collateral, including white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales effortsInfluence customer campaigns to optimize adoption of current and new features. Monitor results and make recommendations for future enhancementsSupport strategic activities directly with the sales team, bringing subject matter expertise, creativity and innovation to sales and customer enablement cyclesWork closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials Build strong relationships across Workday functional and regional teams in order to drive service awarenessOccasional travelAbout youResults-driven product or services marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals10+ years of product/solution/services marketing experience Expertise and a proven track record in successfully launching and marketing business applications or services is a must have; SaaS experience highly desirableExperience building, driving and executing strategy across multiple product/services lines with a focus against defined goalsExperience building solid peer relationships in order to influence key stakeholders at executive management levels across corporate, geo and regionDemonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spiritDrives teamwork and collaborative information sharingStrong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to executeExcellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skillsBachelor's degree"#LI-MB1Job InfoType: Full TimeLocation: USA, CA, Pleasanton, USA, CO, BoulderSDL2017
