We look beyond today s problems to find tomorrow s solutions, focusing on finding new and better way to unlock your competitive edge and help you achieve your business goals.A ROLE YOU WILL LOVEThe (Global) Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, development and execution of our integrated campaigns for all market segments and business units.The (Global) Campaign Manager is part of the team accountable for the creation, deployment and management of persona-based campaigns. While the main focus of these campaigns will be to generate and nurture leads, building loyalty and retain the current set of clients will also be a priority.This entails recommending and utilizing an integrated mix of Marketing channels, including but not limited to outbound email campaigns, paid marketing campaigns and acquisition channels, including SEM/SEO, content marketing and syndication, social media, events and webinars. This will be done leveraging the content produced by the content team.This role will also be responsible for strategic use of our Marketing Automation tool, Eloqua. She/he will automate and deliver campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads and accelerate pipeline to closed/won business, implementing and improving automation best practices to ensure continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts that achieve Marketing goals.Primary Accountabilities:Campaign Planning & Execution:Work with Portfolio marketing and Sales leaders to develop integrated planning across Computershare on a prioritized, cross-business, cross-audience set of global campaigns. Recommend and plan the best mix of Marketing channels to meet business and campaign objectives.Drive schedules and execution for multi-channel demand generation activities, leveraging a wide range of in-bound and out-bound tactics, target account data, marketing automation and analysis tools.Use Eloqua to build and execute on campaigns and tracking, optimizing the digital buyers journey from inquiry to bookingBuild and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, including segmentation, testing and deploymentCampaign Measurement:Work with Marketing Intelligence team to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds.Utilize Eloqua skill to create, format, and deliver reports to management on a regular cadence, tracking pre-determined goals and objectivesCampaign Optimization:Facilitate in the optimization of campaigns by analysing data and making recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion ratesManage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standardsKEY QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and ExperienceAny relevant educational qualification and:5-7 years of marketing experience across multiple roles, with strong understanding of Marketing Automation tools and role they play in a mature Marketing organization. ; Marketing campaign management and hanuse of Marketing Automation tool.Development of short- and long-term marketing plans, understanding of interplay between role of each Marketing tactic.Project management experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams and ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision a must.Able to forge strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.In-depth understanding of key marketing and business metrics.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to report on success metrics related to all marketing programs.Strong understanding of the organization, its offerings and its culture is critical.Customer- and market-driven orientation.Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and communication skills.Disciplined and Process-oriented.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
