Role

The Marketing Program Manager will assist in the development and execution of regional marketing events and programs. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business. Responsibilities

  • Fulfill pre-event program needs including but not limited to vendor selection and management (F&B, operations, etc), event registration, demand generation, event creative concept design and production including signage, onsite branding and other creative components
  • Help regional marketers develop pre-event promotional materials including invites, social media outreach, registration materials etc.
  • Prepare Splunk staff to participate at in-person events
  • Manage aspects of virtual and on-site event execution either directly or through outsourced vendors. Offer overall event assistance, make recommendations and arrangements for necessary agenda and event format, coordinate catering requirements, and logistics requirements
  • Manage post-event operations including post event emails, uploading and tracking leads, and results/reporting, etc.
  • Ensure that programs are executed successfully, efficiently and on budget so that customers experience a high degree of satisfaction in attending events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of regional and partner programs management experience.
  • Salesforce.com and marketing automation experience desirable
  • Basic knowledge of HTML to edit content on event and landing pages
  • Passion for learning, new and emerging technology trends
  • Written and spoken communication that is clear and concise
  • Attention to detail
  • Manage programs to budget
