Job Description:

As a Partner Development Manager, you will manage new and existing integration partners, develop and run our partner onboarding process, and bring our integration partnerships to success. The ideal candidate should not only be good at thinking strategically, but also not afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute. Responsibilities Manage relationships with Recurly's channel partners Find and solidify new Recurly channel partners Lead the launch process for new partners including training, sales enablement and marketing, with the end goal of getting the partner to more independently promote and refer merchants to Recurly Manage the growth of existing partners to maximize lead sharing Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales, and customer success Strong sales acumen, and ability to co-sell partner solutions with the sales team Track partner performance and share learnings on how and where to improve Collaborate and problem-solve at all levels of the partner's organization and become the connector to different stakeholders within Recurly Assist in planning and implementing partner launch process to ensure new revenue streams while advocating for Recurly Identify and support revenue opportunities with partners Help launch and manage co-branded marketing initiatives with partners for mutual benefit Share SaaS / ERP / CRM / Accounting partners industry knowledge across all the teams Operate in the field as a partner rep for Recurly and attend industry and partner events (35% travel-post Covid) Qualifications Significant knowledge of the subscription billing, and merchant software ecosystem and key players therein Relevant network of contacts within the fintech and software space Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills with experience meeting with C-level executives and decision makers Understanding of SaaS business models Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted business relationships Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex operational escalations At least 5 years Business Development or Partnerships experience Estimated annual salary for this role may range from $114,750 to $135,000 with additional structured bonus plan.
