Community Services of Boulder County is hiring a Homeless Solutions for Boulder County Admin Technician. The Homeless Solutions for Boulder County (HSBC) Administrative Technician Position provides support to the HSBC project manager and stakeholders. This includes assistance with scheduling meeting, taking and organizing minutes, providing support to back data organization and analysis and other duties assigned by the manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills.

This is an hourly position with Boulder County. Work hours will depend on the needs of the project, with an expected 20 hours per week. This position is currently working remotely. Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.

Hourly Hiring Wage: $20.00 Hourly

Examples of Duties

  • Performs special projects of a complex administrative, technical or confidential nature
  • Schedules appointments, arranges meetings and maintains calendars
  • Takes and transcribes or composes minutes and notes from project meeting
  • Reviews, verifies and processes documents requiring expertise in departmental procedures, state statutes and legal forms
  • Uses computer software to type and edit correspondence, reports, memos, forms and other items requiring some original composition
  • Develops and maintains efficient filing systems
  • Supports project management tasks including: Track, manage, and monitor workplans; follow up on workplan tasks with delegated individuals/groups; track and update policies and procedures
  • Collaborates with other HSBC-related agencies, non-profits, and community partners to support the collection and preparation of HSBC data
  • Support the Project Manager in the analysis of data
  • Participate in literature reviews and the organization/summarization of related information
  • Develops and maintains efficient record-keeping systems
  • Assists the public in person and on the phone by answering questions and providing information that requires some interpretation of policies and regulations
  • Supports report development and responses to media requests
  • Manages schedule for information system changes
  • Performs related work, as required
