A home inspection is a vital process in any real estate transaction. As a home inspector, it is your responsibility to provide your client with a detailed and timely report of the property's condition.

Perform multiple home inspections per day using a computer program and touch screen tablet/phone to record observations to report back to the Real Estate Agent and/or the Client (usually the person purchasing the home). This is required to turn in reports in line with strict contractual deadlines.

Ability to identify “defects” within a home or structure, photograph such defects, document the findings and clearly communicate the findings to the client in a non-alarming manner. A Home Inspector Certification is required to be qualified for this job.
