Job Description:

The Client Services - BRS&T (Brokerage Research, Sales and Trading) team supports products and services within the GMG (Global Markets Group) product suite, working closely with clients and various internal teams. The team is responsible for client on-boarding, client relationship management, renewal management and managing all inbound client queries. The role will be based in Raleigh working within the RS&T client services team, providing direct client support for the GMG product suite. The candidate must be client-focused as well as being data and technically literate. Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are required, along with the confidence to visit and communicate effectively with clients. What we're looking for: Individual with Corporate office experience (preferred) Technological savviness Results driven, detail-oriented and a motivated self-starter Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong analytical and independent problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to manage deadlines Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel What you'll work on: Partner with Account Management and GCR Platform specialist on various client related projects and team wide initiatives. Responsible for training new users at pooled accounts and users requesting training through our support queues Coordinate and attend client on-site trainings Assist the NY and Raleigh account management team with administrative task and duties Assist the team of RS&T analysts with client related custom requests projects Work directly with Sales to assemble usage reports and AM to Client interaction analysis Coordinate global handoffs with regional counterparts to ensure continuous surveillance and resolution of client inquiries Resolve client issues, and escalate to team leads and upper management as needed Utilize reporting tools, to track and support client service inquiries and requests (i.e., salesforce, 8 x 8) Provide feedback to Platform Specialist and PB on market Intel and ideas for product enhancements based on client interactions Data Importing and matching projects What We Offer Competitive base salary, bonus plans and equity.
