Job Description:

Who We Are: As a recognized leader in space science research and spacecraft instrumentation, avionics, and electronics, we are helping to reveal the secrets of our solar system and the universe. Objectives of this Role: Further our understanding of impact physics on the Moon and other planetary bodies. Search for and characterize secondary and tertiary impact craters. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Conduct geomorphic measurements. Analyze and process planetary data and images. Participate in manuscript writing and preparation. Computer programming including software/code development and bug fixes. Requirements: Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree with a 3.00 GPA in Planetary science, Geology, Physics, or directly related 1 year of academic experience with mapping software including ArcGIS Knowledge in programming in IDL, python, and Mathematica. Image processing software including the USGS Image Processing Software. Special Requirements:Work assignment is in Boulder, Colorado.
