Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer
at our Boulder, CO office.What you'll get to do? As a Systems
Engineer on this team, you will support a team of engineers to
define, develop, decompose, analyze, verify, and validate
requirements for a Ground Segment. In this role, you will be
supporting program leadership and the customer to define and
maintain the technical baseline. Ultimately, you will support the
program through maturity and milestones to achieve the mission,
ensuring everything is synchronized.We have a number of Systems
Engineering positions across several new programs, on contract to
deliver ground segments for restricted space programs. This work
will span command and control, mission planning and scheduling,
mission processing, and system infrastructure. We have anticipated
future growth to deliver additional ground capabilities.Additional
responsibilities for a Staff Systems Engineer may include serving
as the subject matter expert on parts of a complex system, leading
a team of engineers and mentoring other system engineers on all
phases of the program.Basic Qualifications:
Salary Range: $156,000 USD - $234,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
