partnership with Boulder Community Health at 4747 Arapahoe Avenue,
Boulder, CO.If you are in the Boulder, CO area and are willing to
travel to two of our other sites in Erie and Lafayette as needed
then this role may be for you.This position is full-time
(40hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have
flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our
normal business hours of 7AM- 6PM MST. It may be necessary, given
the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is
located at 4747 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder CO. 80303, Floating between
Erie & Lafayette CO offices.Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting & Registering patients
- Entering exam orders as required
- Responsible for obtaining all demographics and insurance
information
- Point of service collections
- Authorizations from patients (or their representatives) and
physicians in a courteous and efficient manner for billing
- Providing information
- Answering phones
- Other duties pertinent to optimal patient experience, patient
flow, and efficient staff utilization are also expectedYou'll be

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between Monday-
Friday- 7:00AM- 6:00PM MST
- Must reside 45 minutes from Boulder, CO
- Ability to work onsite & float between multiple medical centers
(Erie, CO, Boulder, CO, & Lafayette CO)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of
vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to
ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Comfortable handing cash transactions
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records
- Knowledge of insurance, coding, authorizations and revenue
cycle
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of experience in an office or medical environment
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook,
(scheduling meetings and sending e - mails), Microsoft Word (create
and send documents) and ability to navigate Window and have
excellent keyboarding skillsSoft Skills:
