Description:
Job Summary: This position is responsible for the daily ordering,
tracking, and reporting on Implant Inventory. Primary Job
Responsibilities: 1. Administer programs, projects, and/or
processes specific to Implant Inventory Management2. Assist
President with operational tasks and oversight of special projects
as needed3. Coordinate efforts with other accounting and inventory
staff to provide deliverables 4. Work closely with the Purchasing
Agent at the Boulder Surgery Center on purchase orders, inventory
management, and insurance company invoicing5. Assist with managing
incoming and outgoing deliveries and FedEx/UPS shipments6. Manage
accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other basic accounting
tasks7. Manage and complete projects and follow-up on action items
as requested by the President8. Perform other duties as
required
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Minimum two years of
experience, including one year with a health care organization
preferable.Performance Requirements:Knowledge:Knowledge of
QuickBooksKnowledge of Inventory ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft
Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of rules, regulations,
procedures, and work performed in the assigned areaSkills:Skill in
time management, prioritization, and multitaskingSkill in
problem-solving and organization with a strong attention to
detailSkill in writing and communicating effectivelySkill and
diplomacy and tact in interpersonal interactions and
communicationsSkill in QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelAbilities:1)

and coordinate work activities5) Ability to competently use
QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
and appropriate practice management softwareEquipment Operated:
Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines,
copiers, printers, telephones, etc.Work Environment: Position is in
a well-lighted medical office environment. Physical Requirements:
Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks
normally associated with an administrative position such as sitting
as much as 80 percent of the day; manual dexterity to operate
office machines including computer and calculator; stooping,
bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete
deliveries. Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and
