Description:Working with internal teams to drive lead generation and provide company information to the markets--- Implementing email marketing strategy and the execution of campaigns from template development to audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting --- Creating regular marketing reports detailing Boulder iQ's status in email campaigns, on lead generation, and through Google and LinkedIn Analytics, as well as metrics and KPIs related to performance --- Sending emails, sending LinkedIn messages, and placing phone calls to prospective customers in order to qualify their interests and direct them to the appropriate next step --- Coordinating MedTech tradeshow/conference attendance and reaching out to attendees/exhibitors about potential business opportunities --- Attending local Colorado tradeshows/conventions as part of the Boulder iQ team--- Performing day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities such as campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and nurture campaigns --- Building marketing automation assets including emails, landing pages, nurture programs, and advertisements --- Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, automation flows, forms and all other aspects associated with email and campaign execution, making changes to enhance campaign performance and improve ROI --- Manage Salesforce contact database and YesWare email campaign deployment, including utilization of built-in features and coordination with sales operations to maintain integration with Salesforce and other software applications --- Coordinating with our Webmaster to manage Website Social Media Responsibilities Include: --- Development of high-quality content across our corporate social media accounts, using both internally and externally produced media --- Monitor, manage and moderate social media interactions across platforms to grow audience and drive connections with our target audience and accounts --- Collaboration with management to create schedule and promote content through organic social posting and advertising --- Management of LinkedIn campaigns and oversight of other social advertising campaigns (which may be executed by an outside agency) with a focus on generating qualified leads and nurturing potential clients --- Analysis, reporting and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns to improve KPIs and drive SQL creation for the organization: --- Maintenance of company SalesForce.com database. --- Email and social media promotion of the company and our executives --- Managing CEO's email marketing efforts --- Managing Advertising EffortsAdministrative component - email - update active leads, communication on pipeline - jim/larry handle salecatelogign, collectings data, contact dtabase up to date, input peoplee into database weekly meeting of opportunities - up date, present to the team and update after presentationmeasures of success: - linkedin campaign response number- press release- how many clicks increase/decrease(gather data and produce a report) Qualifications:6 months- 2 years of experience in marketing and sales strategy Experience in Excel, Office, LinkedIn, PowerPointSalesforce- knowledge of salesforce email blast - yes ware type softwares Knowledge of social media platforms education isn't as big of a deal as capabilities
