Job Description:

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Insurance Disenrollment Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Assess disenrollment requests from care teams
Ensure disenrollments are processed within 24 hour time frame
Communicate with the clinical teams regarding safety concerns and regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis
Qualifications Include:

LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, licensed psychologist (any state)
Proficient with CCMS, PEGA, MHS, Epaces and Market Prominence
Able to maintain tracking tool to log disenrollment review results
